Family Support Services
Family Support Services at CHS provides peer support, information,
referral and education to parents of children with emotional or
behavioral needs. At CHS, we accomplish these goals through a variety
of services. All services are free to parents and caregivers.

Advocacy
To help you access, navigate and learn about your childs rights relating
to school systems, service providers and the community. Direct
assistance can be provided in preparing for meetings such as CPSE,
CSE and others.

Parent Support Groups
Parent to parent support for parents of children with social, emotional or
behavioral disorders such as A.D.D./H.D, Autistic Spectrum Disorder,
Asperger's Syndrome/PDD-NOS and others. Call 399-4624 for meeting
times.

Proactive Intervention and Information and Referral
Assistance through short-term case management for families
whose children are experiencing behavioral issues. Information
can be provided to help you connect with needed services and
supports.
Referrals to other services, both within and outside of CHS can be
